About TERA Solutions
Tera Information and Connectivity Solutions, Inc. (TERA) is a fully owned subsidiary of MacroAsia Corporation (MAC), incorporated on February 11, 2021. It was established to serve as the primary in-house Technology and Tier 1 Service Provider for the entire MacroAsia Group.
Since its inception, TERA has continuously expanded its capabilities to meet the evolving digital needs of MacroAsia and its subsidiaries, as well as external clients. Its core offerings now include ICT infrastructure, IT shared services, cloud solutions, enterprise IT equipment, AI technologies, SaaS solutions and a range of digital innovation initiatives. In addition, TERA provides services in information management, data connectivity, radio trunking systems, and managed IT services.
In 2024, the company successfully completed the construction of a conduit (HDPE) network and a containerized data center in Lancaster New City, marking a key milestone in its infrastructure expansion.
As of this writing, there are no existing or foreseeable government regulations expected to have an adverse impact on TERA's operations. The company did not incur any research and development expenses during its first year of incorporation.
